Love the vibe here! Good food and good services. It’s a nice place to chill

I went on the night of their grand opening & I didn’t expect to get a table, I was just gonna go to the bar with a friend. Luckily we got seated for dining. The decor and setup is extravagant but classically done. What I noticed was it was very well staffed and the bathroom was impeccable with a server in there too. I started off with the West coast oysters(great horse radish/red sauce, tasted very fresh, not too strong tasting & just right) & Bone marrow(not for everybody but if you know, you know. Excellent!) appetizer with permesaen salad(I didn’t eat the bread but it complimented the marrow very well). For the entree I got the Bone in 22oz ribeye cooked in a medium. It was cooked perfectly and it was magnificently delicious. Lots of fat parts and it looked over cooked but it wasn’t, the flavor was bold and on point. For a drink I got a Casamigos reposado tequila on the rocks. Huge thank you to my servers Latoya(a sweetheart), Hugo & the rest of the team. I highly recommend this spot as a DTLA tourist destination on a high budget and the bar area is pretty great. I’m definitely coming back for Adrienne for a wine tasting too! ***Update*** Just tried the Justin Wine Isosceles and it was super smooth for a red wine. For appetizers I tried the Clam chowder(it was ok but too much potato pieces), Calamari(it was ok, not spectacular, Yardhouse is actually better), Wagyu Beef Roll(excellent taste), Lobster Roll(best tasting roll) & my buddy got a glass of the Remy Martin Paradiso(I had a sip and it was super smooth!). Thanks to JJ for the service! ***Update*** Tried their Striped bass entree and I thought it was good but I’d recommend the other fish dishes instead. I also tried the lobster Mac & cheese and it was solid. For wine we tried the “Daou Reserve” red wine and it was excellent. It was very smooth and went well with our food overall. ***update*** Tried their seafood tower & Chilean sea bass. The tower was excellent and the presentation was solid. The bass was delicious, very moist, tender & seasoned perfectly.

First time coming here. Special occassion for my wife's day of birth! She absolutely loved it! It's worth the money. Service was great but no exceptional, to be that would have been to see the waitress more since we did wait quite a bit when we needed her. The food was really delicious and I didn't have a complaint myself. Only the wife had on, which was her extra well-done. NY strip was not extra well done. Instead, it was well done only. We just had the waitress take it back to cook it more. Would definitely come back again for very special occasions.

Great service. It was our 1st time so we were not familiar with the menu. But we got all the support and insight that we needed from our server. We ended up having a wonderful time. The live music was also really good.

Great place and service!! Our waiter Adrian gave us a great service throughout the night . Happy to have choose this place to celebrate my bday. My daughter loved the Kobe meat she ordered. Thanks

Absolutely stunning restaurant—it feels like something straight out of Las Vegas with its glamorous design and upscale ambiance. The staff was excellent, attentive without being overbearing. A great addition to the downtown dining scene :)

Downtown outpost of steakhouse that owns Nick Steff’s as well. Had dinner here with my parents on a Sunday evening and made reservations online in advance. We had an early dinner since they were catching a show at SoFi. Street parking available if you are willing to walk a few blocks. Credit cards accepted. Our waiter Fitz took very good care of us and was helpful in his suggestions. We did get the bread service (5) and there was an array of breads that included pretzel, raisin, rolls, etc. My dad and mom got steaks while I opted to try the sushi (the wagyu beef roll came with 8 pieces and the hamachi with crispy onions came with 9. We got the spicy Caesar to split (highly recommend this since the dressing was unique) as well as the calamari (highly recommend this as well for the lightly fried texture). Ordered some fries for the table and of course we had more than enough food. I particularly liked the wagyu beef roll and feel that the broiling of the beef helped add some nice texture. We ended the meal with the sinful chocolate cake and we had some creme anglaise on the side, which made all the difference for this very rich, heady dessert. They had live music at the bar area and there seemed to be a lot of tables celebrating a special occasion. We had a leisurely meal and took about 2.5 hours to enjoy everything. The ambiance is dark and moody, but sophisticated. We felt taken care of and highly enjoyed our meal.

We got a winner, Mastro's DTLA for Christmas dinner with our family! We had an exceptional holiday dinner from the welcoming velvet rope entrance, onto connecting with the hosts for our reservations, and our 5-star server, Kaylee! Pianist ...
